In general, it is not necessary for you to provide personal data in order to use our website. However, in order for us to provide our services, we may need your personal data. This applies in particular to answering individual inquiries. If you engage with us, we will provide a service and only collect and store your personal data to the extent that is necessary for the provision of the service or the execution of the order. The following data is collected in the case of a personal inquiry: first name, last name, email address.

The transmission to state institutions and authorities entitled to receive information will only take place within the framework of the legal obligations to provide information or if we are obliged to provide information by a court decision. Your data will be deleted after expiration of the purpose of use and the tax and commercial law storage regulations, unless you have expressly agreed to further use of data.

Collection and recording usage data
To optimize our website, we collect and store data such as the date and time of the page view or the page from which you accessed our site. This is done anonymously, without personally identifying the user of the page. Under certain circumstances, user profiles are created by means of a pseudonym. Here, too, there is no connection between the natural person behind the pseudonym and the collected usage data. We collect this data exclusively for statistical purposes in order to further optimize our Internet presence and to be able to make our Internet offers even more attractive. Registration for events
If you register for events via our website, the data you have submitted or entered will be checked manually against the existing database to ensure that it is valid and up to date, and, if necessary, the data stored by us will be corrected. For this purpose, it may be necessary for our team to contact you. This is done via e-mail. The data entered by you will be used exclusively for processing the registration; the data will not be passed on to third parties.
The data will be deleted as soon as the respective engagements have been fulfilled and there is no longer a legal obligation to store the data.

Data usage
The employees of the project commit themselves to protecting the data against unauthorized access according to the Data Protection Act 2000 (DSG) and the EU Data Protection Regulation (EUDSGVO). The data entered and transmitted by the user will be stored and used exclusively to the extent specified here. With deletion of the user, all personal data of the user are deleted.
